Can you please help me find the best placement agency in Canada?

I am a 35 year old male from Philippines. I already have undergone the visa processing but unfortunately my employer cancelled his job offer for me for reasons that I do not know. Perhaps it is because of the too long processing time here in the Philippines that no one could patiently wait until his caregiver arrives in Canada. Because of the job offer cancellation my visa was eventually cancelled too when it was handed to me by AIR21 mail delivery boy. I really have the passion to provide healthcare to the elderly and physically challenged individual. Could you please help me get an agency that will help me find an employer who is willing to sponsor/ give me a job offer and will patiently wait for me? Anticipating for your immediate response in this regard.

I am sorry but I do not know the best placement agency in Canada. It is true that it is very difficult to find an employer from the Philippines because processing applications there takes so long.
