Dear Husne
I am not sure what you mean by "maybe I should refuse the visa". What visa do you have? A job offer is not a visa. if you do not qualify to be a caregiver as per Immigration Canada's rules, you will be refused a work permit. So if you want to work in Canada under the live-in Caregiver program, you either have to take training or you must meet the standards through qualifying work experience.
You can explore the option of training here in Canada if you wish.
Best Wishes
