If a person came to Canada as a Live-In Caregiver overstayed their visa, ended up out of status and been deported. Can they apply for Live-In caregiver visa again and return to Canada? Thanks!

I think only immigration could answer that question and I think it would depend on the situation. Status can be restored but it would likely be more difficult the second time around.
