I'm an employer in Hong Kong looking to return to Canada and I'd like to bring my Sri Lankan Live-In Caregiver with us. Do you know the equivalencies between Canada and Sri Lankan education systems? She has competed her O levels which is 11 years of education.

Canada's education system consists of twelve years of schooling plus kindergarten. It sounds like her education would not be considered equivalent to a Canadian High School Education. The only way she could then qualify would be to complete the GED.
