Madam

I'm considering attending TLC in order to train as a live-in caregiver even though I recently took a 6 month live-in caregiver training class provided by the Red Cross here in Manila. The problem is I was denied when I applied for a temp resident visa. I have been to Canada four times previously but now perhaps they think I'm a risk.

Do you think I can obtain a temporary visitors visa to attend TLC? Is it your experience that I need to provide proof that I paid the tuition? Can the payment be returned if I don't obtain the temporary resident visa?

Thanks

Hi Maychele...I am not very optimistic that you would be given a visa at the Canadian Embassy in the Philippines allowing you to come to Canada to study caregiving.
