hi i am live in cargiver i will finish my 2 years in 7 months
i need to know if can i apply for studies permit without risk ???? if i must work to stay in canada until i have my residence ?

I can not answer this question. When you apply for your landed residency you must still have a work permit and an employer so you can not just quit working because you have finished your two years. Most people wait to start studying until they have landed status because then they pay the same tuition as a Canadian would instead of the much higher tuition rates paid by foreign students. However, I can not see any risk in applying for a study permit if you can prove that you have the money to pay for the studies you are planning to take.
