I just want to know it am still qualified to take live-in Caregiver Program, my age is 41 this year? I have previous years live-out nanny caring children experience from 1993 to 1996. From 2005 to 2007 same designation. I really want to work as a live in care giver in Canada. If qualified, how can i get visa? What are the requirements i need to take with me to study the caregiver program. Since I am presently residing in Thailand with a holiday/tourist visa?
Thank you in advance and more power.

There is no age limit for the live-in caregiver program. What the agencies do is up to them. That has no bearing on who can get a work permit. The agencies decide who they want in their data base to present to employers and they have their own reasons for setting their limits which I can't guess at.
I have had many student who were older than 41. I have had a few students who were in their 60s and they all got work permits and when they had earned it, they got their PR status.
I can't respond to your question about getting a visa because I do not know where you are from. If you in Thailand on a tourist visa, you won't be able to apply there. You will have to apply in your own country and I don't know where that is. Please contact me directly with a personal email.
